Cart settings

The Global settings tab in the editor applies to the whole cart.

Setting	What it does
Replace the theme’s cart	Hides your theme’s own cart and opens NativeSlide instead. On by default. See How the cart works with your theme.
Auto-open	Opens the cart as soon as a shopper adds a product.
Position	Whether the cart slides in from the left or the right.
Trigger selector	Another element on your store that should open the cart, as a CSS selector. You don’t need this for links to your cart page; they open the cart already.
Items count selector	An element in your theme that should show the number of items in the cart.
Subtotal selector	An element in your theme that should show the cart subtotal.
Clickable overlay	Closes the cart when the shopper clicks outside it.

The three selector settings are for themes that NativeSlide doesn’t recognise. On Dawn and other Shopify themes built on it, the cart icon and its count already work. See Themes not based on Dawn for how to find the right selector.
